Each hat on our website is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece, carefully crafted with its own unique style and character. Because of this, there are no multiple sizes available for the same design. Before placing your order, please ensure you’ve taken accurate measurements of your head to confirm the hat will fit properly. We cannot be held responsible if the hat doesn’t fit as expected.

If you find a hat you love but the size doesn’t match, you can:
1. Check if you would fancy another piece in our collection that is available in your size.
2. Reach out to us to request a custom hat, made to your exact measurements and preferences.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Resting a hat on the brim for a long time will flatten-out the brim. Dust your hat with a soft bristled brush to keep it clean.

IMPORTANT

Heat will shrink the interior sweatband – avoid exposure to stoves, radiators, lamps and car windows!
Store your hat in a cool dry place to help it to retain its shape and stay clean!

Because of this, slight imperfections or unique characteristics are normal – they’re part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind. These small details are a mark of authentic, artisanal craftsmanship.
